We provide Wild game processing as well taking Deer, Elk, Bear, Antelope and Wild Pigs. We provide vaccum packaging and digital labeling. We are proud to provide smoking and curing services such as Smoked Hams, Bacons, Hocks, Shanks. Snack Sticks and Salami's.

Beef Harvest Cost 225.00
1.50 per pound hanging weight.
Vacuum packaged. Large Bulls 275.00 Older Cattle 275.00
Pork
Pork harvest cost is 145.00 under 350lbs live weight.
Larger pigs above 350 lb. Live weight 150.00 and up depending on size.
1.50 per pound hanging Cut and Wrap Vacuum Packaged.
Smoked Meat cost 1.95 per pound sent to smokehouse house.
Smoking services provided by Chico Locker & Sausage.
Lambs and Goats
Harvesting on lambs and goats 75.00 to 95.00 Depending on size and distance.
Cut and Wrap

Wild game processing
Skinning and cleaning Deer Antelope 75.00. Bear, Elk 125.00
1.75 a lb for any animal coming in above 100 lbs. Hanging.
Animals hanging under 100lbs will have a minimum fee of 175.00.
Sausage and plain grind. 4.00 a lb for added beef or pork trim.
Salami 6.50 lb. Snack sticks 14.00 lb.
